Export
The Export functionality in the Dashboard allows users to download or share their reports and visualizations in various formats. There are three ways to export a report, and each offers different export formats. These export methods are: External Export, Internal Export, and Individual Export.
External Export
The external export offers two options to export a Dashboard report:
- Export Excel File
- Export to Excel - With Image
How to Apply External Export
To apply external export to a report, first enter your username and password, then click on Login. Once logged in, go to the Home tab and select the Dashboard report. Next, click on the report file settings (three small dots), and then click on either Export Excel File or Export to Excel - With Image.
Internal Export
The external export offers four options to export a Dashboard report:
- Export to Excel
- Export to PDF
- Export to image PRO: This option has two image formats: PNG and JPG.
- Export to Excel - With Image
How to Apply Internal Export
To apply internal export to a report, first enter your username and password, then click the Login button. Once logged in, navigate to the report you want to run and double-click on it to open. Next, click the Apply button to display the report. Once the report is loaded, click the Actions button and select any of the export options.
Individual Export
The individual export offers two options to export a Dashboard report:
- Export To Image Pro: This option has two image formats: PNG and JPG.
- Export to Excel
How to Apply Individual Export
To apply individual export to a report, first enter your username and password, then click the Login button. Once logged in, navigate to the report you want to run and double-click on it to open. Next, click the Apply button to display the report. Once the report is loaded, click on the Export to option located in the chart, the first icon in the top right corner of the chart and select any of the export options.
